Orca Running

Charity partners

Every Orca race runs alongside a non-profit

Part of our mission is to partner with non-profits for each of our races. We donate a portion of every registration fee, and collect donations from participants during registration.

Why we partner with non-profits

At Orca Running, part of our mission is to partner with non-profits for each of our races. We believe that gratitude and awareness of issues both local and global goes hand in hand with running any business, as well as with the sport of running.

How the partnership works

We look for non-profits that fit the individual race, whether that is because they are close to home for that event or because their work is relevant to running and health.

We donate a portion of every registration fee to the non-profit, and also collect donations from participants during the registration process. We also give the non-profit publicity among the runners at the race. The non-profit helps us out typically by providing volunteers for race day. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship.
